This is the same thing every veteran eve player says but thats easier said than done ..you are an older player i bet . what can a 4 month old player do to you to beat you in this game ?
Just over a year and a half, however iv only been PvPing a month or so.
You could beat 7 shades of shite out of me if you
1) caught me in anything I wasn't specifically intending to fight in.
2) caught me while I was flying drunk (which is most of the time).
3) caught me flying anything larger than a cruiser solo while in a frigate yourself.
4) caught me while flipping bears in my inkusus and happened to have a scram and a neut.
5) brought friends.
6) knew what I was flying and asked littealy anyone what would counter it.
7) simply engaged, I'm wildly inept and might well **** up at even simple tasks.
A garmur engaged my blaster inkusus the other night at under a kilometer (a bad move) and I let him out of my range by forgetting to tackle him, I came out with 4% hull when I should have mauled it.
There are new players in my Corp who are several orders of magnitude better at this game than I am
but I'm catching up to them because I could be arsed to try.
